1. What’s your advantage compared to other suppliers?
Our factory set up at 2009 and all our LED Working Light and Light Bars have passed CE, RoHs and IP68/IP67 certificate with 1 year warranty. The LED Work lights (bar) adopt real high intensity Cree/Bridgelux LED Chip from USA.
A strict quality controlling system promise JC lights are always of the best quality.
We have the samples for you to evaluate our products and welcome you to visit our factory and check by yourself!
2. How do you ship my orders and how long is the delivery date?
(1) Small orders shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, etc is the best;
(2) Bulk order shipped by sea or by air cargo;
(3) Or shipped by your forwarders;
(4) Shipping time: 3~6 working days for small orders, 7~25 working days for bulk orders.
3. What kinds of customization can you provide?
LED Chips (Cree/Bridgelux), housing color (Black, White, Red, etc), beam pattern (Spot, Flood and Combo) and logo customized is supported. What’s more, the package and customized box is acceptable. If you have any other ideas, just contact us :)
4. What kind of warranty will I have?
(1) Warranty: 12 months;
(2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. PS: Your high-definition pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues.
PS: Defective rate of JC Lights is very low -- only about 0.5%, so please don’t worry.
